Where’s my order?

Once your has been processed you will be notified by email of it’s status and when it has been dispatched.

When will my order arrive?

Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next two working days. European and worldwide orders are all sent by airmail. European orders will arrive within 3-7 working days; rest of the world up to 7-12 days.
If you would like signed for delivery, you can choose it but there will be an extra charge for this service.

How are orders packaged?

We take care in packing our Records. Each record is packed separately (the record is outside the cover to prevent damage).
We cannot be held responsible for the handling between dispatch and delivery

How can i pay for my order?

Payment can be made through Paypal, Credit Card or bank transfer.

Where do we deliver?

We ship to worldwide. Shipping costs vary according to the country.

Do you have all titles in stock?

Yes, all titles are in stock. If a title is out of print, you can see it on the cover.
